Job Description

NOTE: You must be living in Burkina Faso to Apply!

The role involves delivering high-quality work from pre-installation to project delivery while adhering to client standards and ensuring compliance with Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform telecommunication and civil engineering tasks as required.
  • Ensure strict compliance with safety protocols during task execution.
  • Confirm that all tools and equipment used are in good working condition.
  • Deliver work that meets client specifications and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with the Project Manager to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Participate in hazard identification, risk assessment, and propose mitigation strategies.
  • Contribute to incident investigations as required.
  • Maintain and safeguard tools and equipment assigned for the project.
  • Track materials received during installation and ensure proper return upon project completion.
  • Prepare detailed site reports and document issues encountered during task execution.

Qualifications

  • Specialization: Telecommunications or Tower Technician experience preferred.
  • Professional Knowledge & Skills:
    • Technical expertise in equipment configuration, maintenance, and inspections.
    • Ability to work effectively in a team.
    • Strong report-writing and documentation skills.
    • Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.

Skills and Competencies

  • Strong adherence to safety and quality standards.
  • Ability to identify risks and implement effective solutions.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills.

Requirements

Education and Required Experience

  • Previous experience in the telecommunications sector or related industries is preferred.

Languages

  • French: Required.
  • English: Advantageous but not mandatory.
