5 Year Strategy
HAMMER is a Business-to-Business company, our strategy revolves around creating a mental image in the minds of decision-makers at both the vendors and operators; that HAMMER is the right and only solution when it comes to cost control, rapid implementation and efficient/ high-quality delivery.
Our mission statement delivers a simple and clear message to all our staff as well as to the customer that we emphasize cost, time and quality as targets of the operation team involved in any project.

As soon as the decision is made to be involved in any project, we use our most valuable asset which is the highly trained and experienced operation team to study the project from the customer’s point of view and define the weak points that cause increased cost, wasted implementation time or bad quality delivery.

Develop total project solutions that eliminate or minimize the effect of those weak points; either through innovative implementation techniques as the case in the “MW Cluster technique” or through the use of high tech machines that save cost and time for the customer.
